APGYC provides a campus delivery service for couriers, parcels, food, medicines, stationary, and other essentials within the specified college campus.


3. User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for providing accurate information for delivery, abiding by the prohibited items list, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.


4. Account Information:

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account information and notify APGYC immediately of any unauthorized access.


5. Order Placement and Confirmation:

Users can place orders through the APGYC application. Order confirmation will be sent via email or app notification.


6. Delivery Process:

APGYC will strive to deliver orders promptly. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to users.


7. Payment:

Payment for services can be made through the app using accepted payment methods. All payments are subject to the terms outlined in the app.


8. Prohibited Items:

Users are prohibited from sending items such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods.


9. Termination:

APGYC reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violation of terms or any other reason deemed necessary.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The credited amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account.


3. Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 2 minutes of placement. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a fee.
